The world of aviation is constantly evolving, requiring a deeper understanding of European air passenger rights and ways to claim compensations for disrupted flights. As a company promoting fairer, easier and more accessible regulations, it was highly important for us to join the ongoing public discussion and find an effective partner in the European community with access to the key decision-makers on EU and international level.
We are proud to announce that we are officially a member of the Association of Passenger Rights Advocates (APRA), established by passenger rights organizations from across the EU, offering a united voice on the protection of air passengers.
The Association regularly informs business partners on current industry updates and organises roundtable debates to ensure that all passengers have equal rights when travelling.
Аs a member, Colibra will be represented in leading EU and national institutions and will actively participate in the constructive dialogue with airlines, airports, National Enforcement Bodies and other key stakeholders about all topics related to the protection of air passengers.
